RESEARCH INTEREST
My current research interests include the study of the structure-electrochemistry relationships of electrode materials for lithium ion batteries and next generations. By using a combination of short range (Raman) and long range (XRD) techniques, a detailed structural picture of the electrode materials under operation can be provided. This kind of investigation provides a better understanding of the electrochemical mechanisms and performances and provides guidance for improvements in terms of energy density, specific capacity and cycle life.
