RESEARCH ACTIVITIES
Head of the Metallurgical Manufacturing Facility of the lab.
My research interest revolves around Metallic alloys manufacturing. I use conventional techniques, such as induction melting or arc melting, as well as more modern ones (spart plasma sintering or additive manufacturing) to prepare unconventional alloys such as metallic glasses, baseless alloys (HEA, CCA), metallic matrix composites and architectures materials.
I am also involved in the “Characterisation of Materials” technical platform, especially structural characterisation (XRD) and thermal analysis (DSC) of metallic materials.

Former member of the Scientific Board from 2014 to 2019.
