An analytical and preparative chromatography facility had been created within ICMPE based on already existing apparatus within Electrochemistry and Organic synthesis team (ESO). This unique facility in the Ile-de-France region accessible for both the institute and external partners provides innovative and powerful tools for separation, purification and identification of a variety of chemical species within a wide range of polarity and molecular weight from classical organic compounds to polymers. As an example it allows separation and identification of unknown bioactive substances thought to be or known as toxic. The Facility is equipped with analytical and preparative devices. The whole set is managed by Dr. Isabelle Lachaise.
